[SOS-PCA] Decommissioning of 2024 SOS Groups

Hello everyone,

A quick reminder that 2024 GeoPlatform Groups will be decommissioned tomorrow, January 24th at 5pm. Please make any final edits before this time and delete the 2024 maps and forms from your device. If you are participating in the 2025 season, you will be added to a new group after February 9th.
