[SOS-PCA] SOS Authorization Letter Template 2025 and Target Species list reminder

Stopping by your inbox for a few quick items:

It was brought to my attention that our Authorization Letter Template did not make it back onto the website after our last refresh, so I have attached a copy to this email for folks to use while we wait for the website to get updated.

  2.
Target species lists are due to your agency coordinator by tomorrow! If your team hasn't submitted one already (or had someone else submit it for you) please so so asap!
