[SOS-PCA] SOS Updated shipping contacts Fall 2024

Hello everyone,

I wanted to send out new versions of our "Guide to shipping materials for SOS" and an updated Technical protocol (Dated November 2024) which reflect all the new seed cleaning partners and shipping/contact information. If you have an older version saved in your files, please update it to these copies. We are working on getting the files updated on the SOS website as well, but getting someone to update them might take a bit.
