Hello everyone,
I just spoke with our partners at the NLGRP in Ft. Collins who are temporarily storing some of our collections while we wait for room at cleaning facilities. They have asked that we pause sending them boxes until after January 15th.
They also requested that an additional note be put in the top of each box, along with the packing slip. The note should indicate the date that the pest strips were removed from the collection (if known) or state a that the strip was removed prior to the date that the box was packed (examples below).
If you already put something in the mail then it will be accepted, but please hold of on sending anything else to the NLGRP until January 15th. If this will cause any issues PLEASE let me and your agency coordinator know and we will try to work something out.
All other collections to all other locations (Bend, Dorena, National Seed Lab in GA) should still be shipped by the original December 15th deadline.
