 Hello everyone,
First, thank you so much for your patience while we sorted through your responses for fall shipping needs. Matching cleaning facilities, collection sizes, and seed use, in addition to creating new tracking processes, took longer than anticipated. We used the information provided via the fall seed shipping form that folks filled out at the beginning of the month. If you do not see your team listed below, have revisions to your collection numbers, or have any questions about what collections to ship where, contact your Agency Coordinator (Katie VinZant, Kelly Thomas, or Sarah Hill), and they will reach out to the National Office.
Below you will see fall shipping assignments. Your crew / the crew you are responsible shipping seeds for may have collections being sent to multiple places. CHECK THE LIST BELOW CAREFULLY.
DO NOT send more than the number of collections listed below to each facility. If your numbers change from what was reported, contact your agency coordinator BEFORE sending anything. We have a limited number of spots at each location, so it is essential that we have good communication about where collections are sent.

If sending seed to the National Lab for Genetic Resource Preservation (NLGRP) in Ft. Collins, CO
You must follow new guidance on labeling your boxes. If these steps are not followed, there is a chance that seed could go uncleaned. The shipping address and instructions are in the new guidance document "Shipping seed to the NLGRP" which attached to this email and will be added to your GeoPlatform help documents. If you have any questions about the labeling process contact Sarah Hill, sehill at blm.gov.
