[SOS-PCA] September Collector Call, Tuesday September 7th

Hi everyone,

Our next collector's call will be Tuesday, September 7th.
This is a Microsoft Teams call for all active collectors and mentors and as such, is required. Please email me if you need the invite or will not be able to attend the call. As a reminder, there is a call-in number available in the description on the invite, for those who can't be at a computer.

Monthly calls are always the first Tuesday of the month at the following time:

8 AM Alaska
9 AM Pacific
10 AM Mountain
11 AM Central
Noon Eastern

Reminders:

  *   Shipping - please notify Kayla at Bend when you are shipping seeds, especially fleshy fruits. Also, a reminder that if you are collecting over multiple days, please wait until you are done collecting before sending all the seed to Bend, and then send the seed all at once. It is much easier for them to process when the seed is received all together rather than as multiple shipments.
  *   Final Documentation - All crews must submit the following to the SOS National Office by December 15th or by the last day of your contract/season: 1. Annual Report, 2. Copies of each data form, 3. 3 Photos for each collection (plant, seed, habitat), 4. Enter all your data into the SOS web portal.
