<li><b>Shipping </b>- please notify Kayla at Bend when you are shipping seeds, especially fleshy fruits. Also, a reminder that if you are collecting over multiple days, please wait until you are done collecting before sending all the seed to Bend, and then
send the seed all at once. It is much easier for them to process when the seed is received all together rather than as multiple shipments.<br>
</li><li><b>Final Documentation</b> - All crews must submit the following to the SOS National Office by December 15th or by the last day of your contract/season:
<b>1.</b> Annual Report, <b>2.</b> Copies of each data form, <b>3</b>. 3 Photos for each collection (plant, seed, habitat),<b> 4.</b> Enter all your data into the SOS web portal.</li></ul>
