The Plant Conservation Alliance (PCA) Federal Committee is currently seeking federal input for a national report on the state of U.S. efforts to use locally adapted plants for ecological restoration.

The goals of the report are to:

  1. Demonstrate effective interagency collaboration and achievements
  2. Highlight joint problem-solving for natural resource challenges
  3. Highlight effective land management tools to sustain native ecosystems, improve wildlife habitat, promote recovery from natural hazards and other disturbances, and sustain multiple types of land use

Why YOU should contribute
This report is your chance to:

  * Gain recognition and leverage for your efforts
  * Open the door to new collaborations
  * Inform and improve your future projects
  * Identify needs and bottlenecks related to ecological restoration
  * Inspire other groups to follow your lead
...all on the national stage.

For more information, and to submit a project, visit the reporting portal<https://www.usgs.gov/center-news/national-seed-strategy-report>. Deadline to submit is September 1st
