[SOS-PCA] Herbarium Vouchers

SOS Collectors,

As you are out this spring/early summer scouting populations for collection
don't forget to take quality herbarium vouchers.  I've attached a document
that provides great background on why and how to collect.

Don't forget, one specimen should go to Smithsonian, one to a local or
regional herbaria and one kept in your office (if there is space).
