[SOS-PCA] May Collectors' Call Notes

Hello,

Attached please find the notes from our last call. Note the time change for
June.

Also, for those teams within range, SOS is focusing on collecting Thurber's
needlegrass this year, in addition to other target species. Attached please
find the modified SOS technical protocol, a sample clearance form, and
sample data forms. Let me know if you have any questions.
