[SOS-PCA] IMAGE: Identification help!

Hi everyone,

We want to use this photo for something, but we're not sure where/who it 
is.  It's from the Student Conservation Association and from the file 
information, it was taken in January 2002.

Does anyone recognize the SCA student and/or the location (the BLM field 
office or even just the state would be helpful).  If you know someone that 
worked with an SCA team, please pass this message on to them in case 
they can help with the ID.
