[SOS-PCA] DRAFT: Seeds of Success 2006 Collection Report

Hello -

Attached please find the DRAFT SOS 2006 Collection Report for your review.
Generally, all collections with the 'storage facility' field filled have
been accepted into the Seeds of Success inventory. All collections that
have been officially accepted into the MSB have an MSB serial number, and
these species have received the 'Species Collected' designation.  A
comprehensive target list will be sent out shortly.

Possible Scenarios:
1)Collection Missing
      * Collection data never submitted to the National Office
       If you still have lingering field collection forms, please send them
in

2) Wrong Information
      * Data-entry error
      Use 'Track Changes' to edit and e-mail the corrected document back to
me

3) Missing Information
      * Data-entry error or
      * Collection data never received
      Use 'Track Changes' to edit and e-mail the corrected document back to
me
      Please take a look at the 'Storage Facility' column in particular

4) No MSB Number
      * Kew has not processed this collection yet
      * Collection was sent to Bend
      * Kew did process but it was not accepted into the MSB
