[SOS-PCA] Collectors' Call Notes

Today was the first monthly SOS Collectors' Call!  Attached are the meeting
notes.

Tentatively, we will have a call on the first Tuesday of every month,
please let me know about the time.  I'm sure some folks would like to get
an earlier start.  Right now it stands at 11am EST.
