[SOS-PCA] Penstemon thurberi assigned to AZ930

Desert Botanic Garden in Phoenix has been assigned Penstemon thurberi to
collect for Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.  They will be collecting it in the
Sierra Anches mountains in or near the border of the Apache Highlands
ecoregion.   Anyone else finding collectable populations of this species
should send them to Bend.
