[MPWG] eat the weeds

Thanks to Bob for pointing out the risk of inadvertently contributing to the 
spread of alien invasive plants by promoting their edibility.  While I 
appreciate the conservation intent, I doubt that it will be effective as a 
conservation/eradication measure, and might also undermine hard-won progress 
on public perception of the severity and urgency of the problem.
