[MPWG] "organic" wildcrafting

Organic certification applies only to the applicants' lands.  Necessary 
documentation includes a farm management plan among other things.  You cannot sell 
products widcrafted on uncertified lands as organic.  You can sell products as 
organic if they are widlcrafted on a certified farm and if those products are 
included in your documentation. This is true first of all, because of the 
point you make here, and second of all, because organic agriculture is a 
movement, not merely a set of procedures and market niche.
