[APWG] Buddleia invasive

It readily seeds out and is invasive in gardens here in Texas.  I have 
never seen it in the wild in Central Texas (probably due to lack of 
drought tolerance outside of garden situations.  I have read reports of 
its invasiveness especially near waterways further north.  Discussions 
about his plant frequently come up on monarch watch list serve.  It is a 
known invasive, but loved by butterfly gardeners.
