[SOS-PCA] SOS Seed and Voucher shipping updates - No shipping Thanksgiving week

Hello everyone,

Hope you are all well and getting back into the swing of things now that the shutdown has ended. If you are planning on shipping anything this week (and it will arrive by Friday), you can continue with your shipping plans. Nothing should be shipped next week due to the Thanksgiving holiday since staffing is low and there won't be folks to receive the materials. Shipping can resume the week of December 1st.

I'm very grateful for everyone's patience, flexibility, and organization as we resume normal operations after the shutdown, and head towards our end of season wrap up and shipping deadline on December 15th!
