[SOS-PCA] [EXTERNAL] Vacuum recommendation?

Interesting. Never thought of using this for collecting seeds, etc.,
that we want to throw away...
I can als see making a comb attachment to add to the business end of a
vacuum to collect seeds that I care about - the comb brushes the plants
to knock the seeds off, and the vacuum suck them up into the bag. You
can then empty out the bag, or just seal it and use the bag as your
collection bag. BTW, in a previous job I was an instrumentation engineer
for an Ag College. I see how we could set up a series of experiments to
test out this as a collection method in the field. Let me know if people
are interested...
BTW, my wife also uses a vacuum to pull off leaf-footed bugs from the
tomatoes in our organic home garden. This is a reasonably known organic
way of removing pests from plants, but my wife independently came up
with it in a fit of frustration with dealing with a particular obnoxious
invasion...
