[SOS-PCA] New Year - New SOS Protocol!

Hi everyone,

To ring in the new year, I'm happy to say that we have a new version of the SOS Technical Protocol now available on our website!

The new protocol has several key updates, including definitions of SOS collections, guidance on recollections, and updated tables on long-term storage distributions. These changes affect all SOS collections made starting in 2022, so if you are collecting next year please take some time to review this document.

Additionally, the following documents have also been updated and can be found on the website:

  *   SOS Data Form
