[SOS-PCA] SOS Call Postponed to Thursday, Oct. 15

Greetings Everyone,

I've been given the rare opportunity to get out in the field this week and
I'm going to take it. That means we will not have the regularly scheduled
SOS call this Tuesday. Instead, we're rescheduling the call for this
Thursday. Same time, same number. I hope you can make it! We will be
discussing year end wrap up.
