[SOS-PCA] SOS Call Tomorrow Cancelled

The SOS collectors' call will be cancelled for the month of December.

Please continue to send seed to Bend, submit annual reports, data and
photos to me and send herbarium specimens to the Smithsonian. Be sure that
all SOS records are organized so future collection teams can tell what has
been collected and how future collections should be prioritized.
