[SOS-PCA] Any suggestions for seed storage freezer?

This is a timely discussion for me as we are considering an upgrade to our
seed storage methods. We currently store SE New England seed that has been
cleaned and dried (now, I know from the NNS conference to dry to 30%
humidity!) in glassine envelopes inside freezer grade ziplock bags in a
standard refrigerator set to 39/40 degrees F.
I am looking into humidity and temperature controlled units (such as
these: http://www.associatedenvironmentalsystems.com/models/lh.asp) - but
it seems that may be way over board.
I am also curious to read from the discussion, that freezing is the way you
are storing your seed. I had thought from what I read that freezing was
only an option for some species? Can someone direct me to the storage
protocols that you are following?
