[SOS-PCA] SOS Collectors' Call and Contingencies

Greetings Everyone!

I'm writing to remind you that our next regularly scheduled SOS collectors'
call is scheduled for next Tuesday, October 1, 2013.

- In the event that there is no government shutdown, we will have the call
as scheduled (12pm Eastern, 11am Central, 10 Mountain, etc).  I expect it
will be a relatively short call - please be prepared to report on the
status of your collection team, any issues/questions and # of collections.
 Please let me know if you need the call-in number.

- In the event that there is a government shutdown, we will cancel and
reschedule the call.  More details to come if this is the scenario.

- In the event of a shutdown, the Bend Seed Extractory will remain open. They
are exempt from shutdown because they are tasked with protecting live
material - if they shut down fleshy fruits will rot and non-federal clients
cannot be served. So keep shipping your material to Bend.

- Last but not least. PLEASE SEND IN ALL OF YOUR COLLECTIONS DATA ASAP.  We
are trying to enter data faster than ever . . . I know there is lots of
data yet to be submitted.  Please send it in!
