[SOS-PCA] Sending CDs to the SOS National Coordinating Office

Hi everyone,

When sending CDs to the Washington office, please make sure that the CD is 
in a case.  While it may be easier to just stick it in an envelope without 
one, this often means the CD gets scratches from rubbing against the 
envelope (even padded or stiff ones).  Scratches result in our computers 
not being able to read all of the files.  This happens most often with CDs 
that have photos on them because more of the CD surface is used due to the 
number of files & their size.
