[SOS-PCA] Penstemon speciosus - collections needed

Hello,

If anyone spots Penstemon speciosus populations please consider them for
collection. The Great Basin Native Plant Selection and Increase Project is
in great need of collections for native plant research and development.

**BLM/CPC collecting teams - these collection will count towards your
goals.

Follow the SOS Technical Protocol for sampling and data collection, below
is a summary.

Summary Material Transfer Protocol for Penstemon speciosus
SOS Dataforms and Pictures: to the SOS National Coordinating Office

Vouchers (if possible): Smithsonian (seed SOS Technical Protocol for
address)

Seed Collections: Send directly to the Great Basin Native Plant Selection
and Increase Project.
GBNPSIP will clean the seeds and will incorporate a portion into the SOS
National Collection. Use Nancy's address below.
