Folks- if you see a roving band of Mormon crickets on your travels this
spring, please let me know immediately.  A colleague here wants to scoop
up hundreds of them, live, for bioassays with different soil-borne
insect pathogens, in hopes of finding something that kills them safely.
He will sing your praises.

Any help these guys can get in locating at least one regional
outbreak of Mormon crickets would be very welcome indeed.
