[SOS-PCA] Reminder: Annual Reports (January SOS Call Cancelled)

Annual reports and data forms are due January 11, 2008 (Friday). Thanks to
everyone that has already turned theirs in. Attached is the report
template, don't hesitate to e-mail or call with any questions.

The SOS Collectors' Call for January has been cancelled. The next call will
be February 5, 2008.
