[SOS-PCA] Visual Assessments and Annual Report

Greetings,

Attached please find the most current preliminary visual assessment from
the MSB.
The 2006 SOS Annual Report is now available. To request paper copies just
e-mail me the quantity you would like. The report is also available on the
SOS website as a PDF.

Please start thinking about an article for the 2007 report, it would be
great if every team could contribute to make the report more comprehensive.
