Just a few printing tips.  Make sure on the Adobe Acrobat printing options 
screen that Page Scaling is None.  If you have a printer that can duplex 
(print on both sides), you may need to go into the printer options and 
select not just Print on Both Sides, but Flip Pages Up as well.
