[SOS-PCA] UT030 no longer collecting

SOS Team UT030, the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, is no
longer collecting. Unfortunately, they do not have plans to pick back up
any time soon. Attached is their former target list, now up for grabs.
Please let me know if you would like any of these species added to your
list.
