Hi everyone,

I'm trying to update the list of contacts in the protocol (which is also 
being updated).  The info I currently have is pasted below so you can take 
a quick look.  Please check for your collecting code and let me know if 
the info is correct or needs to be changed.  If your collecting code isn't 
there and needs to be added with a contact, let me know that as well.
