[SOS-PCA] WEBSITE: Website searching added

[Plant Conservation]

Hi everyone,

The SOS (and whole PCA) website now has the added capability of searching.
There's a new button on the top menu bar to get to the search page.
Hopefully his will allow people to search the protocol info more easily
if there are specific answers/questions/terms that they're looking for.

Please note that the website search is separate from searching the species
targeting list and there's no way to combine the two.  There's a link to
the species search form on the website search page.
