[SOS-PCA] FUNDING: Call for Proposals for NFWF Native Plant Conservation Initiative

NFWF has updated their website with the new 2005 grant proposal timeline
for the Plant Conservation Alliance's NPCI grant program.  The two cycles
for applications are as follows:

For the first cycle,
Pre-proposals Due: February 15, 2005
Full Proposals Due: March 31, 2005
Anticipated announcement of awards: May 31, 2005

For the second cycle,
Pre-proposals Due: August 15, 2005
Full Proposals Due: September 30, 2005
Anticipated Announcement of Awards: November 30, 2005
