[SOS-PCA] SOS photo naming protocol

Hi Lusetta,

So far there haven't been any official naming methods as not everyone has
managed to take digital photos of their species.  There are two methods
that most folks have used so far - the collection/accession number with an
a, b, c, etc. if there's more than one photo for the species (i.e.
CA170-003.jpg) or the USDA PLANTS code with the a, b, c, etc. (i.e.
CANU3a.jpg).  The only thing I can think of that you shouldn't do is
have spaces in the name.  Generally whichever method you find easiest
would be perfectly fine as long as you remember to note on your data sheet
for the species the file names in the box on the bottom of the first page.
Most folks have saved up their photos and sent them to us on a CD at the
end of the collecting season.
