[SOS-PCA] DHL Labels!

Hi everyone,

Michael has been so kind as to get me a nice stock of preprinted DHL
labels!  I'm sorry it's taken so long.  Please send me your FedEx address
and phone number.  You can try requesting a certain number of labels, but
how many people will get depends on the demand vs. our supply.  I'm make
sure that anyone that wants some will get at least a few.
