What: Hawai’i Native Plant Supply Chain inquiry developed by members of Laukahi: The Hawai’i Plant Conservation Network.

Who: Input is sought from **NON-FEDERAL or FEDERAL entities** that contribute to the Hawai’i local plant material supply chain.

This information will be used by the Hawai’i Plant Conservation Network to describe the size and scope of the native plant supply chain, identify organizations involved, and investigate some of the limiting factors. Results of this effort will be made available to all participants and summarized in a public report.

Time to complete: This exercise will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.

Disclaimer from Hawai’i Plant Conservation Network: “By taking the survey you are agreeing to allow your responses to be used in future written and oral communications of the results. Personal information (name and contact) is being collected solely for the sake of tracking survey completions. No information about participant identify will be published or shared.”
