New Database Under Development!

MONARCH CONSERVATION DATABASE: https://www.fws.gov/savethemonarch/mcd.html

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is developing this database to assist in
tracking monarch conservation efforts. This database will capture
information such as efforts to improve habitat by enhancing milkweed and
blooming nectar plants, as well as actions to address threats based on land
use types (including natural and altered areas). The planned launch date
for the database is June 2018.

YOUR INPUT IS WELCOME as the developers continue to build the database! The
following items are posted to the website for your feedback:

   - Database fields (updated)
      - Threats and activities table (updated)
      - Simplified database model (new)

If you have any comments regarding the database fields, threats and
activities table, or database model, please provide your input via email to
FW3_monarchconservation at fws.gov by close of business FRIDAY, JAN. 26, 2018.
