[PCA] Messages going to spam? Here's a fix

Hi all,

I've heard from several folks that PCA listserv messages are going directly
to their spam folder, we really don't want this happening. If you continue
to click "not spam" but your email is not learning, there are two things
you can do to prevent this in the future.

You can create a filter <https://support.google.com/mail/answer/6579> (
https://support.google.com/mail/answer/6579):

   1. Open Gmail.
   2. In the search box at the top, click the *down arrow* [image: Down
   Arrow] .
   3. Enter your search criteria. If you want to check that your search
worked correctly, see what emails show up by clicking *Search*.
   4. At the bottom of the search window, click *Create filter*.
   5. Choose what you’d like the filter to do.
   6. Click *Create filter*.

Note: When you create a filter to forward messages, only new messages will
be affected. Additionally, when someone replies to a message you've
filtered, the reply will only be filtered if it meets the same search
criteria.

Use a particular message to create a filter:

   1. Open Gmail.
   2. Check the checkbox next to the email you want.
   3. Click *More*.
   4. Click *Filter messages like these*.
   5. Enter your filter criteria (e.g. move to inbox).
   6. Click *Create filter*.

You can also add the listserv address to your contacts list to prevent it
from going to spam <https://support.google.com/contacts/answer/1069522> (

For gmail users open your apps, go to contacts, click the red "NEW CONTACT"
button and add each listserv you are subscribed to (PCA, RWG, MPWG, APWG,
SOS):

For outlook users:

1. go to your apps (9 squares top left), select contacts

2. Open the drop down "*your contacts*" and click "*contacts*"

3. Click "*New*" (circle with plus sign inside)

4. Add each listserv you are subscribed to (PCA, RWG, APWG, MPWG, SOS)

If anyone has any trouble please feel free to let me know and I can try to
help. We really want these messages getting to you all successfully!

Thanks & happy holidays, everyone!

Leah
