Keynote speaker Elisabeth Schussler will address the phenomenon of "plant blindness" at this month's Florida Wildflower Symposium in Orlando. Schussler's talk, "Helping People See Plants in a Plant Blind World," is one of 18 educational presentations and hands-on workshops planned for the symposium, set for April 27 and 28 at the Orange County UF/IFAS Extension Education Center on South Conway Road.

The event features a full slate of experts on planting and growing native wildflowers, creating habitat for bees and butterflies, landscaping and much more. Visit https://www.flawildflowers.org/symposium to see the full schedule of presentations, workshops, garden walks and field trips.
