[PCA] Share knowledge of monarch projects

The Monarch Lab and Xerces Society are working on a project for the
Commission for Environmental Cooperation to compile a database of monarch
best management practices, incentives, and pilot projects. They're focusing
on identifying pilot projects throughout North America.

They are looking for participation in identifying monarch
programs/activities. Below is a short survey for you to communicate
projects you are aware of to this effort.

Initial research by project managers has already captured many projects
that MJV Partners are partaking in, but if you could provide a quick list
of projects you are aware of (with website links or project leader
contact), they are happy to do the research to find details on the projects.

Projects fall into the following categories:
Research/monitoring
Education/outreach
Habitat conservation/restoration/enhancement

If there are others you feel they should reach out to to get this
information, please provide a list to Wendy Caldwell (
monarchs at monarchjointventure.org). They are in particular need of expanding
our outreach in Canada.
