[PCA] Webinar: Selection of genetically appropriate plant materials for increase

The Great Basin Fire Science Exchange is hosting another webinar in its
National Seed Strategy themed series. Tomorrow's topic is selection of
genetically appropriate plant materials for increase

Thursday Feb. 4th 2:30 - 3:30 EST.

Goal one of the National Seed Strategy is to have available and use
genetically appropriate seed for restoration. Holly Prendeville, Research
Geneticist, USFS PNW, Corvallis, Oregon, will explain provisional and
empirical seed zones using and discuss tools available that allow us to use
seed zones to select genetically appropriate plant materials for
restoration.
