Nature reserve recovers after multiple fires

TRI-CITIES -- Heidi Newsome, with United States Fish and Wildlife, said 
she was pleased with the continued restoration efforts at a nature reserve 
near the Tri-cities.

That's what she told attendees, representing the Nature Conservancy, local 
weed control boards and seed companies, during a private tour of the Arid 
Lands Ecology Reserve (ALE) May 12.
