five years is leaving for a job in the Mideast.

Mike Maunder, who as executive director of Fairchild Tropical Botanic 
Garden expanded the garden's influence around the globe, is headed to Abu 
Dhabi to become director of botany and landscapes for a new $1 billion, 
2,000-acre Al Ain Wildlife Park and Resort.
