[PCA] WEB: Native Plant Information Network Update

Season's Greetings from the Native Plant Information Network,

Over the last few months the Wildflower Center has been working to enhance
the speed, reliability, and usability of the Native Plant Information
Network (NPIN) by redesigning the site using open source web applications
like MySQL and PHP. See http://wildflower.utexas.edu (formerly
http://www.wildflower2.org).

We think the new design and improved navigation will make it easier for web
visitors to find plant images and information. Also, check the new site
often as we will be adding several new features in 2007 including a
wiki-wildflower interface and an automated invasive to native plant
converter.

Any feedback on the new site from the PCA group during the initial launch
would be greatly appreciated.
