[PCA] "Native plant" definitions ?

**NATIVE PLANT CONSERVATION CAMPAIGN NEWS **

The U.S. Forest Service is proposing a new policy encouraging the use of
native plant materials for revegetation and restoration projects. This is a
step forward in federal policy regarding native plants. 

The Proposal raises some interesting questions regarding what types of
plants should be considered "native" and "genetically appropriate" for such
projects. Native Plant Conservation Campaign draft comments will be
available in the next few days. 

***The deadline for comments in 7/25.
