Dear Colleagues,

I am very excited to announce that the Policy Analysis and Science
Assistance Branch is sponsoring a workshop on the human dimensions of
travel management. The workshop will be held here at the FORT - February
21-23, 2006. This workshop will address the issues of recreation and travel
management on public lands. The topics will include: research,
collaboration, and a variety of management approaches to inform decision
making. The workshop will serve as a forum to address managers' and
decision makers' progress and future plans regarding recreation management
on public lands.
