[PCA] Maryland House Bill 1100

Folks,

Has anyone been tracking this legislation? It sounds like it would keep local weed ordinances from being anti-native plants,  but I have not seen the entire bill.  Here is the summary:

	HB 1100  Natural Landscape Design - Noxious Weeds - Prohibitions 
	Providing that specified provisions prohibiting the growth of noxious weeds do not apply under specified circumstances; providing that, subject to specified exceptions, a person may grow native or naturalized plants to any height as part of a natural landscape design; permitting the unaided growth of a noxious weed under specified circumstances; prohibiting a local jurisdiction from restricting the use of native or naturalized plants in a natural landscape design; etc.
