[MPWG] ARTICLE: Biggest ginseng seizure in Hong Kong history nets HK$47 million of traditional medicine from seagoing smugglers

This article doesn't state if the ginseng originated in North America or
elsewhere or if it was cultivated or wild? Does anyone have any more
information about it? American ginseng is cultivated in other  countries.
