I am conveying this message from Mark Blumenthal while I straighten out a 
posting problem he is having with the list!

"I spoke with both the Chairman and the CEO of New Chapter yesterday, and 
have spoken with both frequently over the past year, as NC is an ABC 
sponsor member. We talk about  their clinical research on some of their 
products.

They have never mentioned, nor have I read in any industry trade news, 
anything about their having been acquired by a pharma company.

I believe the rumor is false and groundless.
